Major Function: Responsible for oversight of Case Management advocacy.  Provides supervision and support to Case Manager Advocates.  Ensure shelter participants receive quality ongoing case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, information and referrals while residing in shelter.  Carries a small caseload of Shelter participants.
