Tim Murphy
Tim Murphy joined CASA as its Development Officer in July 2023. Following a successful corporate career, he was passionate about dedicating his time to mission based work and has been involved with several not for profits as his way of “giving back.” As CASA’s Development Director, Tim plays a key role in raising critical new funding to support CASA’s mission of providing advocacy, professional training, and community outreach to provide survivors with a life of hope, independence, and peace.

Rachel Johnston
Rachel Johnston, Development Officer, is dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence and providing life-saving resources through community engagement and support. With more than 15 years of experience generating resources for survivor services, she engages donors, businesses, and community groups to strengthen access to critical programs and life-saving care. Since joining CASA in 2024, Rachel has served as the primary point of contact for those seeking to transform compassion into meaningful action. Beyond her work, she can be found outside at the pickleball courts, playing beach volleyball, and spending time with her dog, Casper.

Emily Knight
As a graduate from the University of South Florida, Emily is passionate about advocating for survivors and fostering safer, more supportive communities. Her skills in project coordination, fundraising, and community engagement allow her to support initiatives that provide critical resources, safety, and empowerment to those in need. Emily is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to create sustainable solutions and lasting impact.
